Non-urgent advice: Patient Notice
The practice requests that patients still use face coverings when visiting for face to face appointments
Welcome to Fulwell Medical Centre
We have eight GP’s, two male and six female and a large team of nursing and support staff.
Our practice has a high proportion of older patients, so our aim is to devote more time to improving care for those patients, either at the surgery or in their own home.
Out of Hours and Emergencies
If you can’t get an appointment with your GP or can’t get there during the day due to work or other commitments you can use the Enhanced Access Service.
Sunderland offers extra appointments seven days a week at your local out of hours site, alternatively it may be possible to arrange an appointment at another site across the city which your practice will arrange.
